Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WingStack (the “Services”), provided by MyGrow Technologies, 1401 LaVaca St. #290, Austin, Texas 78701 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use WingStack.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

WingStack provides workflows for Planners, Partners, and Travelers. Each role has specific dashboards and features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse the platform (e.g., hacking, scraping, impersonation, fraudulent use).

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using WingStack, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there. WingStack data and analytics belong to MyGrow Technologies; however, we process your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and Apple’s App Store requirements.

If you purchase Services (e.g., subscription plans, per-trip fees), you agree to provide accurate payment information. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by us.

• All rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including software, content, branding, and designs, belong to MyGrow Technologies.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for operating and improving the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGrow Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
