How it works

One connected charter workflow.

  1. Capture the request

Connect the client, route, dates, passengers and requirements so the sourcing work starts with the right context.

  2. Source, compare and quote

Review aircraft options and operator responses. Confirm availability, pricing and terms before presenting your proposal.

  3. Sign, invoice and coordinate

Follow agreements and invoices, then keep planners and passengers informed as the trip moves into active operations.

Partner questions, answered.

What is a Partner in WingStack?

Partner is the role for charter brokers and brokerage teams. It connects client relationships, trip requests, sourcing, quotes, agreements, invoicing and trip operations.

Can my clients’ planners work with me?

Yes. Planners have their own workspace for organizing travelers and coordinating trips with connected Partners. They can keep their existing relationship with your brokerage.

Does a synced aircraft schedule confirm a booking?

No. Availability feeds support sourcing. Confirm aircraft availability, operating details, pricing and terms with the operator before committing to a charter.

How is Partner pricing structured?

Partners can choose 1% per booking and invoice or a fixed monthly seat plan. The seat plan replaces the 1% platform fee. Review the pricing page for plan details and any payment processing charges.
